Every act that changed this event, newest first — results, rulings, the draw, the entry list and the state it is in. Nothing here can be edited: the ledger is append-only, so a mistake and its fix both stay, which is what makes Corrections answerable at all.
Attribution is a role rather than a person — the same value every ledger line has carried since §7.1. It becomes a name once the event has named people to attribute to, which arrives with the shiaijo roles in PR 5.
