3 outstanding

Closing signs the day off: the results become the record, and nothing further can be scored until it is reopened. 0 of 3 categories decided.

Records results at a shiaijo, working the printed sheet alongside the screen.

Everyone at one desk types the same code and their own name, so a code is shared rather than personal and takes as many people as sit down with it. Issue one per shiaijo and the label tells you which is which — and lets you shut one area without turning out the others. A label says where a device is, never what it may do: a scorer who walks to the next shiaijo to help can still score there (D-66).

Revoking stops anybody else joining on that code; whoever is already signed in stays signed in, because a membership is a record of who was here rather than a key. To replace a code that has been passed around too widely, add another and revoke the old one. Attribution is a name from here on — the shinpan decide and the desk records, so what is written carries the name of whoever typed it (D-66).
